What we collect

When you sign in we record your name, email, role, and (for verification) RERA number or government ID. When you list a property we record the address, price, photos, and contact details. When you message someone we store the message contents.

How we use it

Personal data is used solely to operate LyncProp: showing your listings to other users, sending messages, and providing customer support. We do not sell personal data. Aggregate analytics events are pseudonymous.

Where it lives

Listings, profiles, and analytics events are stored on infrastructure operated by LyncProp Technologies LLC. Photos and documents are stored on AWS S3 (eu-central-1). Authentication is operated via Keycloak.

Your rights (PDPL)

• Access: download a JSON copy of your data — email privacy@lyncprop.com.
• Erasure: delete your account from /settings. Listings you created are anonymised or removed.
• Correction: edit any field on your profile or listings yourself.
• Portability: request a JSON export anytime.

Cookies

We use one session cookie for authentication and one for theme preference. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Aggregate analytics events are submitted via JavaScript (you can disable in Settings).
