1. Acceptance
By signing in to LyncProp you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. Property Consultants and brokerages must hold a valid RERA license to publish listings.
3. Your account
Keep your credentials safe. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Listings
You warrant that any property you list is accurate, that you have authority to list it, and that the photos and content do not infringe anyone's rights. We may remove or moderate any listing at our discretion.
5. Fees and subscriptions
The Free plan is free. Paid plans are billed in advance in the currency shown at checkout. You can cancel any time; cancellation stops the next billing cycle but the current cycle is non-refundable.
6. Prohibited conduct
No spamming, scraping, fraud, fake listings, fake reviews, harassment, or automated abuse. Violations result in suspension or termination without refund.
7. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Dubai.
8. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
